About Switchside Technologies
Switchside Technologies develops software products and provides website, application, and technology services. ResiAP™ — The Resident Amenity Portal is a product operated by Switchside Technologies.
Scope and product agreements
These terms apply to the Switchside Technologies website and provide general information about our services. ResiAP has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available through ResiAP. Use of ResiAP is governed by those product policies and any applicable customer agreement. A signed proposal, order form, or separate written agreement governs the services and commercial terms it covers.
Subscriptions, trials, and renewals
ResiAP is a subscription-based service. Applicable charges, billing intervals, renewal terms, and any trial conditions are presented before payment. Subscriptions renew according to the terms disclosed at signup. You may upgrade or request cancellation at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription term. Any upgrade charges or changes to billing are presented before confirmation.
Payments and billing identity
Property subscriptions and onboarding fees may be processed by Stripe or paid under a separate written billing arrangement. When Stripe processes a payment, it does so for Switchside Technologies, the business operating ResiAP. Stripe’s own applicable terms and privacy practices also apply to its payment processing. The exact statement descriptor may vary; contact ResiAP support if you need help identifying a charge.
Amenity charges displayed in ResiAP are administered by the participating property. Contact your property manager about property-administered charges, reservations, or amenity rules.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and any written agreement. Cancellation does not itself guarantee a refund. For subscription, onboarding, or payment questions concerning ResiAP, contact support@resiap.com with enough information to identify your account and payment. Do not send full payment card details.
Responsible use and ownership
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious content, or misuse information submitted through it. Website content, branding, and software remain the property of their respective owners. Visiting this website does not transfer intellectual property rights; rights to commissioned work are set out in the applicable written agreement.
Website information and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Product plans, availability, and service descriptions may change. Website descriptions do not replace a written service commitment or customer agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
