ResiAP product support
For help signing in, using the platform, managing a property account, or resolving a technical issue, email our ResiAP support team.
Include the email address associated with your account, your property or organization name, and a brief description of the issue. If something is not working, tell us what you were trying to do and include any error message. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or sensitive resident records.
Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
ResiAP is operated by Switchside Technologies. Payments processed through Stripe are billed under Switchside Technologies; the exact statement descriptor may vary.
For help identifying a charge, requesting a subscription change or cancellation, or asking about a refund, contact support@resiap.com. Include your account email, organization name, and the payment date and amount, if relevant.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription term. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and your written agreement. See our Terms of Service for more information.
Reservations and property-managed amenities
Contact your property manager for questions about amenity access, reservation rules, availability, or property-administered charges. Your property manages these policies. For a technical issue with ResiAP itself, email support@resiap.com.
