Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Switchside Technologies corporate website and business inquiries. ResiAP™ — The Resident Amenity Portal is operated by Switchside Technologies and has its own Privacy Policy covering resident, property, portfolio, and platform data. This corporate policy does not replace ResiAP’s product policy.
Information you share with us
When you use our contact form, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, project type, and message. We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, provide requested services, and maintain relevant business communications. Please avoid submitting payment card details or sensitive resident records through the corporate contact form.
Website services and technical information
This website is hosted on Netlify, uses Formspree to deliver contact-form submissions, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may receive information needed to deliver their services, such as your IP address, browser information, request metadata, and, for Formspree, the information you submit. Their own privacy policies describe their processing. The corporate website does not currently include advertising or analytics tracking scripts.
Payments through Stripe
When Stripe processes payments for Switchside Technologies or ResiAP, payment details are handled by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy policy. Billing and payment records may be used to administer subscriptions, reconcile payments, respond to billing questions, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Do not send payment card information through our contact form.
ResiAP information and property administration
ResiAP’s separate Privacy Policy describes account and contact information, residency and property records, reservations and events, community content, rewards and activity, property administration, billing, and technical information. It also explains authorized property and portfolio access, service providers, transactional messaging, retention, account deletion, and privacy rights.
For the current ResiAP policy or help with resident data, use the policy provided within ResiAP, contact your property manager, or email support@resiap.com. ResiAP does not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Sharing, retention, and security
Corporate inquiry information is shared with service providers as needed to deliver our website, communications, and services, and where necessary to comply with law, address abuse, or protect rights and security. We do not sell corporate inquiry information or share it for third-party marketing.
We retain business communications and related records as needed for the inquiry, our business relationship, and applicable accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted to Switchside Technologies, use our contact form and describe your request. Rights and any retention exceptions depend on applicable law. For ResiAP accounts and resident records, use the account controls and request process described in ResiAP’s own Privacy Policy, or contact support@resiap.com.
